Kisuke Entry

Arrogant Kisuke, Imbecile Kisuke, Rude Kisuke, Rotten Kisuke, all of the terms referring to poor fourteen year old Kisuke Kazumi who unfortunately lost his parents at the age of fourteen. Though in all honesty it wasn't much of a suprise, it was more of a 'Okay, well it was nice while we were around. Oh and don't forget to feed the dog' type of ending. In fact, Kisuke's parents lived slightly past the expected life span of hired bodyguards, especially for their medium in the business. You see, Kisuke's story and life fully revolves around his parents and so it is imperative they be explained...

The Family business began with Kisuke's parents who built a small privately owned Bodyguard company set for high profile protection services which in turn required highly trained specialists. Naturally, both his mother and his father were highly trained in the arts of combat and both wielded magnificent swords that earned them their titles throughout the land. Unfortunately, the Kazumi family was in debt. In fact simply saying that is an understatement so low that it cannot even be described of how far in debt the Kazumi family was. Point blank, Kisuke's father's blade, which was customly made by a famous swordsmith, had to be sold back to the swordsmith upon his death in an attempt to lighten the immense load. Unfortunately for Kisuke, however, that meant he had no options as to which sword he would inherit.

Upon his mother's demise, her famous blade "Umihebi", which houses the spirit of the Cerulean Sea Serpent, was passed down to Kisuke much to his dismay. The blade is pristine, white, ornately designed, and complete with lovely feminine swirls and a long cerulean blue ribbon at the end. Sounds perfectly fitting for a fourteen year old boy, no? To make matters worse, the spirit of the blade, Umihebi, is more of a mother to Kisuke than his own ever was. Nagging, complaints, and constant reminders to feed the dog are expected, and further dissonance comes into play as Kisuke tries to learn synchronization with Umihebi in battle to truly master the blade.

In conclusion, Kisuke's history simply hasn't started yet, however he already bears a large burden of his parent's long and adventurous past. Taking up the title of the 'Official Employee', Kisuke searches the Remnant Grid for Jobs in an attempt to scrounge up any and all Crest he possibly can find in a feeble attempt to pay off his debt, all the while listening to the motherly sword spirit Umihebi reminding him to brush his teeth every night. Sound about right?
